ITL Industries Limited has submitted its audited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2025. Standalone total income from operations for FY25 stood at Rs. 18,338.07 lakhs versus Rs. 15,785.66 lakhs in FY24, a growth of about 16%. Net profit for FY25 was Rs. 911.18 lakhs (EPS Rs. 28.44) versus Rs. 895.16 lakhs (EPS Rs. 27.94) in FY24, showing only a marginal rise. For Q4 FY25 alone, net profit came in at Rs. 253.98 lakhs versus Rs. 314.19 lakhs in Q4 FY24, a drop of nearly 19%. Consolidated FY25 net profit was Rs. 944.17 lakhs with EPS of Rs. 28.60. The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1 per share (10%) for FY24-25. The statutory auditor Mahendra Badjatya & Co. has issued an unqualified opinion, and operating cash flow remained positive at Rs. 377.11 lakhs.
Shareholders get a steady 10% final dividend and modest annual earnings growth, but the weak Q4 profit print and lacklustre full-year PAT growth (~2%) suggest margin pressure and may temper near-term enthusiasm for the stock.
