iValue Infosolutions posted Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 20,883 lakhs, down 13% YoY from Rs 24,014 lakhs. PAT fell 10.8% to Rs 1,494 lakhs. For 9M FY26, revenue grew 14.9% to Rs 73,621 lakhs and PAT rose 14.5% to Rs 5,257 lakhs. An exceptional charge of Rs 549 lakhs (standalone) and Rs 569 lakhs (consolidated) was booked for new Labour Codes impact. Sequential revenue dropped sharply from Q2's Rs 31,281 lakhs. Consolidated Q3 PAT stood at Rs 1,566 lakhs. EPS Q3 at Rs 2.72 vs Rs 3.36 YoY. Limited review by Price Waterhouse with unmodified conclusion.
Mixed results: weak Q3 YoY offset by solid 9M growth. Watch for sequential slowdown and one-time Labour Code charge.
