Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Board approved Q1 FY27 unaudited results. Standalone revenue from operations at Rs. 15,162 lakhs versus Rs. 21,457 lakhs YoY (decline due to net basis recognition for software sales; gross sales flat at about Rs. 57,898 lakhs). PAT rose about 47% to Rs. 1,499 lakhs from Rs. 1,017 lakhs. Consolidated revenue Rs. 17,973 lakhs, PAT up about 52% to Rs. 1,572 lakhs. Allotted 1,23,280 ESOP shares at Rs. 70 each. Internal Auditor reappointed. CEO Shrikanth Shitole resigned effective July 31, 2026 for personal reasons.
Strong profit growth, modest ESOP dilution and CEO exit may raise short term investor concerns about leadership continuity.
