iValue Infosolutions posted Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 15,162 lakhs, down 29% from Rs 21,457 lakhs a year ago. Standalone profit after tax rose 47% to Rs 1,499 lakhs. Consolidated revenue fell 21% to Rs 17,973 lakhs, while consolidated PAT grew 52% to Rs 1,572 lakhs. Margins improved sharply. CEO Shrikanth Shitole resigned citing personal reasons, effective July 31, 2026. Board also allotted 1,23,280 ESOP shares at Rs 70 each and reappointed Internal Auditor.
Revenue decline and CEO exit are negatives, but strong profit growth and margin expansion are positives to watch.
