IZMO Limited's board approved Q4 and FY2026 standalone and consolidated financial results. On a standalone basis, revenue declined 11% year-on-year to Rs.4,167 lakhs, with Q4 reporting a loss of Rs.40.33 lakhs. However, consolidated revenue grew 27% to Rs.28,488 lakhs driven by 11 foreign subsidiaries, with PAT at Rs.4,756 lakhs. The auditors issued an unmodified opinion but included an Emphasis of Matter regarding pending tax disputes with Indian regulatory authorities. The company also appointed Mr. M Venkatesha as internal auditor for FY2026-27 and reported adding 113 clients in the US and 33 in Europe. Cash and cash equivalents declined from Rs.1,253 lakhs to Rs.604 lakhs on standalone basis.
The consolidated results show strong growth from subsidiaries masking a concerning standalone revenue decline and operating cash outflow. The unresolved tax disputes noted by auditors could pose regulatory risks. Despite healthy consolidated EPS of Rs.31.89, the cash position deterioration warrants monitoring.
