Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
IZMO reported consolidated Q2 revenue of Rs 60.11 Cr (vs Rs 58.55 Cr YoY) and PAT of Rs 12.56 Cr (vs Rs 29.90 Cr, boosted by a one-time Rs 30.53 Cr property sale gain). H1 revenue grew about 10 percent to Rs 116.62 Cr. Board allotted 60,629 ESOP shares and granted 29,000 options at Rs 10 each. It also approved a foray into optical transceiver and silicon photonics ventures, and a fund raise of up to Rs 200 Cr through equity or other securities.
Mixed Q2 print on a tough base. New business plans and a possible Rs 200 Cr raise could dilute shareholders but open growth avenues.
