JB Chemicals reported Q4 FY26 revenue of Rs. 904 crores, down 5% YoY from Rs. 949 crores, impacted by post-acquisition integration activities including distribution network optimisation, discontinuation of low-margin trade generics, and alignment of practices with parent entity. Q4 PAT declined 30% to Rs. 101 crores (adjusted PAT at Rs. 150 crores after excluding one-offs and ESOP costs of Rs. 38 crores). Gross margin improved to 70% (vs 66% in Q4 FY25) and EBITDA margin expanded to 27% (vs 25% YoY) due to cost synergies and improved business mix. India business grew 2% in Q4 but 9% for full year; International formulations declined 9% in Q4 due to inventory rationalisation and shipment delays. FY26 full-year revenue grew 6% to Rs. 4,148 crores with PAT up 8% to Rs. 709 crores.
Q4 performance was impacted by one-off integration costs and timing issues, but margin improvement signals successful cost synergy execution. The company expects recovery to begin from Q1 FY27 as integration normalises.
