J&K Bank Q1 FY27 standalone net profit was Rs 424.18 crore, down from Rs 797.80 crore in Q4 FY26 and Rs 484.84 crore in Q1 FY26. Total income rose to Rs 3,760 crore from Rs 3,517 crore year-on-year. Gross NPA improved to 2.37 percent from 2.50 percent in March 2026. Capital adequacy rose to 16.67 percent. A PSLC accounting policy change boosted PAT by Rs 56.29 crore. Auditors flagged emphasis of matter on the policy change and IFR transfer.
Lower YoY profit may worry investors, but improving NPA, stronger capital, and steady advances support long-term outlook.
