J&K Bank's reviewed Q2 and H1 FY27 results (ended 30 Sep 2026) show total income up 25 percent YoY at 9,760 cr, driven by interest earned of 7,273 cr. PAT nearly flat at 970.54 cr versus 978.95 cr. Deposits rose to 1.77 lakh cr; advances up about 25 percent to 1.31 lakh cr. Gross NPA ratio improved to 2.23 percent from 3.32 percent YoY; net NPA at 0.51 percent. Capital adequacy at 16.57 percent. Joint auditors flagged an Emphasis of Matter covering PSLC accounting policy change, FVTPL equity investment valuation, and 263.63 cr transfer from IFR to General Reserve.
Strong loan and deposit growth and improving NPA ratios are positives, but flat YoY profit and auditor emphasis of matter on policy changes need monitoring.
