J&K Bank submitted reviewed Q3 FY26 and 9M FY26 results. Deposits grew 10.6% YoY to Rs 1,55,861 crore, while advances rose 18.3% YoY to Rs 1,13,537 crore. Quarterly profit showed growth over the year-ago period. Auditors flagged an emphasis of matter on the Rs 345.92 crore investment in associate J&K Grameen Bank, with Rs 228.66 crore impairment provision made. All four joint auditors are continuing. Bank also reported 6 fresh frauds of Rs 159.49 crore with 100% provision.
Steady deposit and loan growth is positive, but the large associate impairment and fresh fraud cases warrant caution by shareholders.
