J&K Bank posted standalone net profit of Rs 440.69 crore for Q3 FY26 and Rs 1,308.14 crore for nine months ended Dec 31, 2025. Total deposits rose to Rs 1,55,861 crore and advances grew to Rs 1,13,537 crore from Rs 95,990 crore a year ago. NIM was 3.32%, RoA 0.94%. Gross NPA improved to 4.49% from 5.33% YoY. Bank holds Rs 228.66 crore provision against Rs 345.92 crore investment in associate J&K Grameen Bank. RBI imposed Rs 99.30 lakh penalty for regulatory non-compliance during the quarter.
Higher profit and improving asset quality are positives, but associate impairment and regulatory penalty are watch points for shareholders.
