Jagran Prakashan provided an update on the ongoing company petition before NCLT Allahabad (C.P. No. 64 of 2023) titled Mahendra Mohan Gupta & Ors. v. Devendra Mohan Gupta & Ors. When the matter was taken up on May 26, 2025, the Respondents' counsel mentioned that settlement talks were being initiated by independent directors between the promoter directors appearing on both sides and sought an adjournment. The Petitioner's counsel contradicted this, stating arguments had already been concluded and they had no instructions on any settlement. The NCLT bench adjourned the hearing to July 14, 2025.
