Jagran Prakashan Limited disclosed updates on two ongoing National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Allahabad Bench proceedings. The first petition (CP No. 64 of 2023) involves a family dispute between Mahendra Mohan Gupta and Ors. vs. Devendra Mohan Gupta and Ors., concerning alleged oppression and mismanagement under Sections 241/242/244 of the Companies Act. The second petition (CP No. 57 of 2025) is Shailendra Mohan Gupta and Ors. vs. Jagran Media Network Investment Private Limited and Ors., also under the same sections. Both matters were heard on 4th and 6th May 2026. In CP No. 64 of 2023, arguments from Respondent No. 12 have concluded, and arguments for Respondent Nos. 3, 9 and 10 will commence on 13th May 2026. CP No. 57 of 2025 was adjourned at the request of both parties' counsels to the same date. The matters are ongoing and no final orders have been passed.
