On the reaction day the stock moved 0.6 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.0 pts more than its Media peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Jagran Prakashan told the exchanges that two company petitions at the NCLT Allahabad, listed on 27 July 2026, were not heard as the court did not sit that day. The petitions, filed by Mahendra Mohan Gupta and Shailendra Mohan Gupta against Devendra Mohan Gupta and others, relate to Sections 241, 242 and 244 of the Companies Act, covering oppression and mismanagement. The matters have been re-notified for hearing on 6 August 2026 at 2:30 pm. The company said it will update on any material development.
No immediate impact; this is just an adjournment of an ongoing internal family dispute at NCLT, with next hearing on 6 August 2026.
