Jagran Prakashan posted Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs. 442.27 crore, up about 11% YoY, but standalone profit fell 25% to Rs. 53.50 crore. Consolidated revenue was Rs. 499.35 crore with profit of Rs. 61.23 crore. The auditor flagged the ongoing promoter group dispute at NCLT as an emphasis of matter, though management sees no financial impact. The company paid Rs. 10 per share interim dividend in May 2026.
Mixed quarter with profit decline; ongoing promoter litigation and absence of a managing director remain key governance overhangs for shareholders.
