Jai Corp Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 was Rs. 11,373 lakh, down about 20% sequentially from Rs. 14,269 lakh in Q2 FY26, though 9M FY26 revenue rose modestly to Rs. 38,688 lakh vs Rs. 37,906 lakh last year. Standalone profit after tax for Q3 was Rs. 1,557 lakh (vs Rs. 2,461 lakh in Q2), while 9M FY26 PAT jumped sharply to Rs. 14,427 lakh from Rs. 4,967 lakh, largely helped by higher other income. Consolidated 9M FY26 PAT also surged to Rs. 14,867 lakh from Rs. 4,335 lakh. The company recognised a Rs. 141 lakh exceptional charge for the impact of new labour codes. The Board also appointed an independent director to the Risk Management Committee and noted fines imposed by BSE and NSE.
Strong year-to-date profit growth driven by non-operating income is a positive, but the sharp sequential drop in Q3 revenue and operating profit may raise concerns. Investors should also note the auditor's qualified opinion on consolidated results due to overdue inter-corporate deposits and the freezing of a subsidiary's investments by the Enforcement Directorate in a money-laundering probe.
