Q1 FY26 consolidated revenue rose 3.5% year on year to Rs 1,549 crore, but profit after tax fell 5.1% to Rs 56.53 crore and earnings per share to Rs 1.77. The consolidated earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation margin fell from 7.7% to 6.3%. Standalone profit rose 1.2% to Rs 59.15 crore. The auditors' review found no material issue. After June, the IPO offered 5.39 crore shares at Rs 232; trading began on October 1, 2025.
Revenue was stable, but consolidated profit and earnings per share fell. The IPO expands liquidity but increases the share count.
