The Board of Jainex Aamcol approved unaudited financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended 30 September 2025) and finalised terms of a Rights Issue. The Rights Issue comprises up to 7,48,169 equity shares at Rs. 120 per share (face value Rs. 10, premium Rs. 110), aggregating up to Rs. 8.98 crores, in a 1:2 ratio (1 rights share for every 2 held). Record date is November 20, 2025; issue opens December 1 and closes December 9, 2025. H1 FY26 revenue was largely flat YoY at around Rs. 1,128 lakhs, but net profit jumped to Rs. 79.40 lakhs from Rs. 40.57 lakhs in H1 FY25 (nearly 96% growth). Operating margin expanded sharply to about 15% from around 6% a year earlier. The statutory auditor (R K Jagetiya & Co) issued an unqualified limited review report.
Strong profit growth and margin expansion are positive for shareholders, though revenue stagnation and a debt-equity ratio above 1.7 are watchpoints. The Rights Issue at Rs. 120 per share is dilutive; eligible shareholders on the November 20 record date should evaluate whether to subscribe given the issue price relative to market price.
