Jainex Aamcol reported standalone audited results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2025, with statutory auditor M/s R K Jagetya & Co issuing an unmodified opinion. Full-year FY25 net sales rose to Rs. 2378.73 lakhs from Rs. 2094.40 lakhs a year earlier, a growth of about 13.6%, but profit after tax declined sharply to Rs. 34.49 lakhs (FY24: Rs. 51.94 lakhs) and EPS slipped to Rs. 2.30 from Rs. 3.47. Q4 FY25 was weak, with a net loss of Rs. 7.25 lakhs versus a profit of Rs. 31.21 lakhs in Q4 FY24, as employee and raw material costs rose. Operating cash flow swung to a sharp outflow of Rs. 382.91 lakhs in FY25 against an inflow of Rs. 108.98 lakhs a year earlier, while new long-term borrowings of Rs. 523.67 lakhs were raised during the year.
Shareholders should note that despite decent top-line growth for the full year, profitability eroded meaningfully in FY25 and the company slipped into a loss in Q4 FY25, with weak operating cash generation and rising debt. The stock could remain under pressure until cost pressures ease and cash flows from operations turn positive again.
