The Board of Jainex Aamcol approved its unaudited standalone financial results for Q3 FY26 and the nine months ended December 31, 2025. Total income from operations stood at Rs. 694.90 lakhs for Q3 FY26 versus Rs. 658.00 lakhs in Q3 FY25, a modest YoY growth of about 5.6%. For 9M FY26, total income rose to Rs. 1,920.92 lakhs from Rs. 1,786.98 lakhs in 9M FY25. However, profitability collapsed sharply: net profit for Q3 FY26 was just Rs. 6.26 lakhs versus Rs. 85.71 lakhs in Q3 FY25, and for 9M FY26 it was only Rs. 1.17 lakhs versus Rs. 34.49 lakhs a year ago. EPS for Q3 dropped to Rs. 0.28 from Rs. 3.82, and net profit margin compressed to 0.92% from 6.11% YoY. The statutory auditor (R K Jagetiya & Co) issued an unmodified limited review report.
Despite top-line growth, severe bottom-line erosion signals margin pressure and cost concerns, which is negative for near-term shareholder sentiment. However, the recent Rights Issue of 7.48 lakh shares at Rs. 120 (aggregating Rs. 897.80 lakhs) completed in December 2025 has strengthened the balance sheet, reducing debt-equity ratio from 1.25 to 0.51.
