Jaiprakash Associates equity shares to be delisted from June 18, 2026

Jaiprakash Associates' equity shares will be delisted from BSE and NSE effective June 18, 2026, after receiving final approvals from both exchanges. The delisting is pursuant to the resolution plan approved by the NCLT Allahabad Bench on March 17, 2026, under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The company confirmed compliance with the NCLT order. Shares can no longer be traded on the exchanges from the effective date.
