On the reaction day the stock moved 5.8 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 6.3 pts less than its Power Generation peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
PAT fell sharply to Rs 489 lakh in Q3 FY26 from Rs 12,465 lakh a year ago, on revenue of Rs 1,15,557 lakh versus Rs 1,14,017 lakh. Nine month PAT stood at Rs 46,487 lakh versus Rs 65,524 lakh last year. Auditor issued a qualified review report flagging non provision against corporate guarantee for associate JAL, lender recompense claim of Rs 5,69,651 lakh, and sand mining demand notices from Andhra Pradesh DMG rising to Rs 8,38,386 lakh from Rs 1,79,083 lakh earlier.
Sharp PAT drop, weak operating margin, and qualified audit opinion on large contingent liabilities could weigh on the stock and investor confidence.
