Jaro Education reported strong audited financial results for FY2026 ending March 31. Revenue from operations grew 8.6% to Rs. 27,387.81 lakhs from Rs. 25,226.76 lakhs in FY2025. Net profit after tax surged 33.5% to Rs. 7,025.25 lakhs from Rs. 5,261.98 lakhs. Basic EPS stood at Rs. 9.84. The company listed on NSE and BSE in September 2025 via an IPO raising Rs. 17,000 lakhs through fresh issue, which boosted total equity to Rs. 36,042.71 lakhs from Rs. 17,155.06 lakhs. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3 per share (30%), adding to the Rs. 2 interim dividend already paid during the year. Statutory auditors MSKA & Associates LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financial statements.
Strong profit growth of 33.5% and a clean audit signal financial health. The dividend recommendation provides shareholder returns while IPO proceeds significantly strengthened the balance sheet. Stock appears fundamentally solid with positive earnings momentum.
