Jash Engineering's board approved unaudited Q3 and 9M FY26 results (ended Dec 31, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations fell to ₹9,716.76 lakhs in Q3 FY26 from ₹10,252.51 lakhs in Q3 FY25, while 9M FY26 revenue declined to ₹28,853.57 lakhs from ₹29,848.10 lakhs. Standalone profit after tax dropped to ₹1,426.66 lakhs (Q3) and ₹3,583.06 lakhs (9M), down from ₹1,655.60 lakhs and ₹4,997.41 lakhs respectively. On a consolidated basis, 9M PAT fell sharply to ₹1,886.30 lakhs from ₹5,101.80 lakhs. The board also authorized the compensation committee to allot shares under the ESOP 2019 scheme, reappointed Mr. Suresh Patel as Executive Director for two years, and noted a post-quarter acquisition of 50% in WesTech Process Equipment India for ₹2,911 lakhs.
Weak Q3 results with double-digit profit decline on both standalone and consolidated bases signal margin pressure and sluggish demand, likely to weigh negatively on near-term stock sentiment. However, the new subsidiary in Saudi Arabia, the WesTech acquisition, and an ongoing merger scheme indicate growth initiatives that may support long-term prospects.
