The board of Jash Engineering approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and the full year ended March 31, 2025, and recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.20 per equity share (face value Rs. 2) subject to shareholder approval. On a standalone basis, FY25 revenue from operations grew about 27% to Rs. 438.3 crore and profit after tax rose around 38% to Rs. 69.1 crore, with EPS at Rs. 11.05 versus Rs. 8.31 last year. On a consolidated basis, revenue jumped about 43% to Rs. 735.2 crore and PAT grew roughly 30% to Rs. 86.8 crore, helped by subsidiaries such as Rodney Hunt Inc. and Mahr Maschinenbau. The board also authorised the compensation committee to amend the 2019 ESOP scheme and appointed M/s. Mahesh C. Solanki & Co. as the internal auditor for FY26. Statutory auditor Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued a clean, unqualified opinion on both the standalone and consolidated results.
Strong double-digit growth in both revenue and earnings, a healthy final dividend, and a clean auditor opinion are positive signals for shareholders. Near-term stock reaction will depend on how the numbers compare with market expectations and on the order book outlook for FY26.
