Jash Engineering Limited reported its Q3 FY26 and nine-month FY26 unaudited standalone and consolidated results, reviewed by Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP with a clean (unqualified) limited review report. Standalone revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 was ₹9,716.76 lakhs vs ₹10,252.51 lakhs in Q3 FY25, a decline of about 5%; 9M FY26 standalone revenue fell to ₹28,853.57 lakhs from ₹29,848.10 lakhs. Standalone profit after tax for 9M FY26 dropped sharply to ₹3,583.06 lakhs from ₹4,997.41 lakhs (down ~28%). The board also authorised the compensation committee to allot shares under the Jash Engineering ESOP Scheme 2019 and approved the reappointment of promoter Mr. Suresh Patel as Executive Director for two years from 14.02.2026, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the company completed a 50% acquisition of WesTech Process Equipment India for ₹2,911 lakhs in January 2026, and NCLT approved the merger of wholly-owned subsidiary Shivpad India with the parent.
