Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Board approved Q2 FY26 results on November 13, 2025. Standalone revenue rose to 11,424 lakhs and PAT to 1,742 lakhs, up sharply from a year ago. Consolidated revenue was 15,754 lakhs with PAT of 1,097 lakhs, versus a loss earlier. Board also approved acquisition of WesTech Process Equipment India Private Limited and noted due diligence on Penstocks UK Limited through subsidiary. Auditor Deloitte Haskins and Sells LLP gave an unqualified limited review.
Strong Q2 turnaround on revenue and PAT, plus fresh acquisitions, may boost investor sentiment.
