Jay Bharat Maruti reported strong FY26 results with standalone revenue of Rs. 2,550.99 Cr, up 11.4% from Rs. 2,290.12 Cr in FY25. Standalone PAT jumped to Rs. 137.86 Cr from Rs. 31.80 Cr in FY25, a significant increase partly due to a Rs. 36.79 Cr deferred tax benefit arising from the company's switch to a lower concessional tax regime. Without this one-time benefit, PAT would have been around Rs. 101 Cr, still representing robust growth. EBITDA margin expanded to 11.2% from 7.3% in the prior year, reflecting improved operational efficiency. The board recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.70 per share (35%) and also approved enabling resolutions for potential issuance of securities up to Rs. 750 Cr.
The company delivered strong bottom-line growth driven by better margins and a one-time tax benefit. The stock appears fundamentally strong with healthy cash flows from operations at Rs. 196.58 Cr. The proposed securities issuance could be dilutive if executed.
