Jay Bharat Maruti's board on Aug 4, 2026 approved unaudited standalone and consolidated results for Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026). Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs 62,679 lakhs from Rs 55,683 lakhs year-on-year, about 12.5% growth. Standalone profit after tax fell to Rs 2,120 lakhs from Rs 2,307 lakhs. Consolidated PAT stood at Rs 2,184.66 lakhs. Statutory auditor GSA and Associates LLP issued an unmodified review report. Board also reconstituted Audit, Stakeholder Relationship and CSR committees.
