Jay Bharat Maruti Limited's Board, at its May 22, 2025 meeting, approved audited standalone and consolidated results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations for FY25 was Rs. 2,29,012 lakhs, nearly flat versus Rs. 2,29,211 lakhs last year, while standalone profit after tax rose marginally to Rs. 3,179.6 lakhs from Rs. 3,135.9 lakhs. Consolidated FY25 PAT was Rs. 3,291.3 lakhs versus Rs. 3,221.2 lakhs, with basic EPS of Rs. 2.94 (standalone) and Rs. 3.04 (consolidated). The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.70 per share (35%) on face value of Rs. 2, broadly unchanged from the previous year. The Board also approved a 15-year lease with Maruti Suzuki India for a new Sheet Metal Parts facility at Kharkhoda, Sonipat, and acquired an additional 10% stake in its JBM Ogihara Die Tech JV, raising its holding to 49%.
The maintained Rs. 0.70 dividend signals steady shareholder returns but earnings growth remains muted, so the stock impact is likely neutral. The long-term MSIL lease and JV stake hike point to capacity expansion and deeper integration with the parent, which could support future volumes.
