Jay Bharat Maruti Limited reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 2,55,099 Lakhs for FY26, up 11.4% from Rs. 2,29,012 Lakhs in FY25. Q4 revenue was Rs. 76,601 Lakhs, up 25.4% year-on-year. Profit After Tax surged to Rs. 13,786 Lakhs from Rs. 3,180 Lakhs in FY25, boosted by a one-time deferred tax reversal benefit of Rs. 3,679 Lakhs due to adoption of the new concessional tax regime. EPS stood at Rs. 12.74 for FY26. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.70 per share (35%). Statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion. The company also approved an enabling resolution to raise up to Rs. 750 Crores via securities issuance and proposed voluntary delisting from the Calcutta Stock Exchange.
Strong operational performance with revenue growth and significantly higher profits, though the PAT jump is inflated by a one-time tax benefit. The dividend declaration is positive for shareholders, and the proposed capital raise could fund future expansion.
