Jay Bharat Maruti reported standalone revenue of Rs 626.79 cr for Q1 FY27 (June 2026), up 12.5% from Rs 556.83 cr in Q1 FY26. However, profit after tax fell 8.1% to Rs 21.20 cr from Rs 23.07 cr. EBITDA margins compressed to about 10% from 11.8% year on year. Consolidated PAT was Rs 21.85 cr vs Rs 23.29 cr. Auditor GSA & Associates issued an unmodified review report. Board also reconstituted audit, stakeholder and CSR committees.
Revenue grew but profitability weakened with margin compression and lower PAT, signalling cost pressures despite topline growth.
