Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue rose 48.1% year on year to Rs 822.65 crore, while profit after tax jumped 504% to Rs 18.43 crore. It included Rs 35.50 crore of Gujarat incentives for prior years; H1 incentives totaled Rs 88.70 crore. H1 revenue rose 4.7% to Rs 1,139.48 crore, while profit after tax increased to Rs 41.72 crore from Rs 8.43 crore. Operating cash flow was positive at Rs 26.41 crore. Auditors reported no material issues.
Profit looks strong, but earlier-year incentives exceeded H1 pre-tax profit, so reported earnings may not be sustainable.
