Jayaswal Neco Industries posted strong Q2 FY27 results. Revenue from operations rose 23 percent year-on-year to Rs 219,446 Lakhs for the quarter and 25 percent to Rs 430,102 Lakhs for the half year. Net profit more than doubled to Rs 22,981 Lakhs in Q2 from Rs 10,513 Lakhs a year ago, and reached Rs 42,373 Lakhs for H1 versus Rs 19,815 Lakhs earlier. EPS stood at Rs 2.37 for Q2. Operating cash flow was robust at Rs 56,817 Lakhs for the half year. The auditor flagged the pending ED property attachment matter worth Rs 30,758 Lakhs as an emphasis of matter but issued a clean review report.
Strong profit growth and robust cash generation are positives, but the ED attachment case remains a legal overhang on the stock.
