Jaysynth Orgochem reported standalone revenue of ₹229.64 crore for FY25, up about 11.6% from ₹205.74 crore in FY24. Standalone profit after tax jumped roughly 27.8% to ₹15.89 crore versus ₹12.43 crore last year. Consolidated results were also healthy, with PAT rising about 27% to ₹15.62 crore on revenue of ₹228.03 crore. The company now reports two segments — Colorants & Chemicals (the main business) and a newly added Inkjet Printers segment that contributed ₹6.18 crore in revenue but is still loss-making at the segment level. The board has recommended a 5% dividend on equity shares (₹0.05 per share of face value ₹1) and also redeemed ₹6 crore worth of preference shares during the quarter. The statutory auditor issued a clean (unmodified) opinion on both sets of results.
Solid double-digit earnings growth backed by a clean audit opinion is a positive signal for shareholders. Investors should keep an eye on the new Inkjet Printers segment, which is currently in investment mode and posting small losses.
