JBF Industries clarifies non-submission of consolidated Dec quarter results

JBF Industries, currently under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, clarified to NSE why it did not publish consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 31-Dec-2025. The company said it could not prepare consolidated results as it did not receive audited financials from its subsidiaries. It also noted that shares of subsidiary JBF Global Pte Ltd (Singapore) were acquired by Madelin Enterprises under SARFAESI Act, with transfer pending. The delay was described as unintentional due to a technical error.
