JBM Auto Limited announced audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and the full year ended March 31, 2025, approved at the board meeting on May 6, 2025. Consolidated net revenue from operations grew about 9.2% to Rs. 5,472.33 crore (FY24: Rs. 5,009.35 crore), while consolidated profit before tax rose to Rs. 273.20 crore from Rs. 246.10 crore. Standalone profit after tax jumped to Rs. 128.08 crore versus Rs. 54.89 crore in the previous year, more than doubling. The board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.85 per share (85%) subject to shareholder approval. Statutory auditors R N Marwah & Co. LLP issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The OEM segment led growth with revenue rising to Rs. 1,984.94 crore, while joint ventures swung to a loss share of Rs. 35.52 crore versus a profit of Rs. 10.09 crore last year.
Clean audit, robust standalone profit growth, and a dividend declaration are positive signals for shareholders, though weakness in joint venture performance and only single-digit consolidated revenue growth may temper excitement. The share split (Rs. 2 to Rs. 1 face value) has already been effected.
