JBM Auto posted Q1FY27 consolidated revenue of Rs 1,442 cr, up 15% YoY, with net profit rising 13% to Rs 44 cr. Standalone revenue grew 10% to Rs 1,356 cr but net profit dipped marginally to Rs 31.8 cr. An exceptional item of Rs 8.4 cr hit standalone results. Board approved fundraising up to Rs 1,500 cr via QIP, FPO or private placement, subject to shareholder approval. Re-appointed Nishant Arya as Vice Chairman and MD for 3 years. AGM set for 16 September 2026.
Mixed bag with revenue growth but flat standalone profits; proposed Rs 1,500 cr fund raise may lead to equity dilution for shareholders.
