A subsidiary created a one-time provision of ₹28.98 crore in finance costs during Q4. The OEM Division has been renamed to 'EV Business'. The company noted uncertainty around EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) obligations under new End-of-Life Vehicles Rules 2025 as pricing mechanisms are not yet finalized.
Strong revenue and profit growth with clean audit opinions. The EV Business renaming signals strategic shift. EPR uncertainty and exceptional items warrant monitoring but do not raise going concern flags.
