Jeevan Scientific Technology reported FY25 standalone revenue from operations of ₹4,360.99 lakhs, up about 13% from ₹3,850.17 lakhs in FY24, and consolidated revenue of ₹4,684.36 lakhs versus ₹3,965.04 lakhs (up ~18%). The company swung back to profitability, posting standalone profit after tax of ₹73.57 lakhs compared to a loss of ₹104.96 lakhs in FY24, and a small consolidated profit of ₹5.90 lakhs versus a loss of ₹132.72 lakhs. However, the Q4 standalone result was a loss of ₹133.71 lakhs (vs loss of ₹73.68 lakhs in Q4 FY24), showing weakness in the final quarter even as the full year improved. Statutory auditor Pavuluri & Co. issued an unmodified (unqualified) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. Non-current borrowings rose sharply (standalone from ₹177.21 lakhs to ₹602.21 lakhs), and cash balances dipped, though operating cash flow stayed positive.
Turnaround from loss to profit at the full-year level is a positive signal for shareholders, but the widening Q4 loss and rising debt warrant caution. Investors should watch whether the profit recovery sustains and how the increased borrowings are deployed.
