The board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31 March 2025, with statutory auditor Pavuluri & Co. issuing an unmodified (unqualified) opinion. On a standalone basis, full-year revenue from operations rose to ₹4,360.99 lakh from ₹3,850.17 lakh (about 13% growth), and the company swung to a profit after tax of ₹73.57 lakh versus a loss of ₹104.96 lakh in FY24. However, the standalone Q4 numbers showed a loss of ₹133.71 lakh, indicating weakness in the closing quarter. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew to ₹4,684.36 lakh from ₹3,965.04 lakh, with a thin profit of ₹5.90 lakh versus a ₹132.72 lakh loss last year. The board also appointed M/s KP & Associates as internal auditors for FY26 and M/s Aakanksha Dubey & Co. as secretarial auditors for five years (FY26–FY30). Additionally, Chief Operating Officer Chakrapani Majumdar resigned with immediate effect citing personal commitments.
The FY25 results mark a return to profitability after a loss in FY24, which is a positive signal for shareholders, but the Q4 standalone loss and razor-thin consolidated profit suggest the recovery is fragile. The COO resignation is a management-level change worth monitoring, while the auditor appointments are routine governance matters.
