Jeevan Scientific Technology reported weak H1 FY26 results, with consolidated revenue falling to ₹2,117.86 lakhs from ₹2,427.85 lakhs a year earlier (a decline of roughly 12.8%), while standalone revenue dropped about 18.3% to ₹1,864.74 lakhs. The company swung to a consolidated loss after tax of ₹320.94 lakhs in H1 FY26 versus a profit of ₹127.59 lakhs in H1 FY25, and posted a standalone PAT loss of ₹224.54 lakhs against a prior-year profit of ₹175.07 lakhs. Consolidated net cash from operations turned sharply negative at ₹(194.44) lakhs, and on a standalone basis current borrowings jumped from ₹222.48 lakhs to ₹879.57 lakhs while current tax liabilities also rose meaningfully. Statutory auditor Pavuluri & Co. issued an unmodified review conclusion on both the standalone and consolidated results.
The swing from profit to loss, declining revenue and negative consolidated operating cash flow point to continued stress in the clinical research business and could weigh on the stock. The sharp build-up in short-term borrowings and current tax liabilities also deserves close monitoring by shareholders.
