On the reaction day the stock moved 0.5 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.5 pts more than its Logistics Solution Provider peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Jet Freight Logistics board approved shareholder-backed borrowing powers of up to INR 250 crore, with secured debt also capped at INR 250 crore, and set a INR 150 crore limit for loans, guarantees and investments. It plans cash funding in tranches for its dormant US unit by 31 Mar 2027 to support expansion. The non-operating Dutch unit will be struck off by Jan 2027. AGM is 23 Sep 2026.
Higher funding limits may increase debt risk but support US expansion. Closing the inactive Dutch unit should not affect revenue.
