On the reaction day the stock moved 0.9 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.1 pts less than its Logistics Solution Provider peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Management reported H1 FY27 revenue of about Rs 297 crore, H1 EBITDA of Rs 12.5 crore, EBITDA margin of 4.58% and PAT margin near 1.5%. Shipments rose 56% to 674 and tonnage 32.84% to 744 tonnes. FY27 revenue is targeted at Rs 580-600 crore. Plans include ocean freight, retail courier, South America, a digital platform and the proposed NatWest acquisition in Dubai.
Growth plans and scale benefits could lift margins, while the Dubai deal may add revenue from FY28. Execution and integration risks remain.
