Jet Freight Logistics approved unaudited Q2 and H1 FY27 results. Consolidated Q2 revenue rose 41% year on year to Rs 118.11 crore, while profit after tax jumped 138% to Rs 2.08 crore. H1 revenue rose 46% to Rs 297.10 crore and profit rose 74% to Rs 4.60 crore. The earnings margin before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation improved to 6.17% from 5.65%. H1 operating cash outflow was Rs 23.94 crore; the auditor raised no material concerns.
Profit growth is positive, but Q2 was lower than Q1, operating cash flow stayed negative and warrant-related dilution remains a concern.
