Jetking Infotrain reported Q1 FY27 standalone loss of Rs 133.55 lakhs versus profit of Rs 39.56 lakhs in Q1 FY26. Revenue fell 12.8 percent to Rs 532.28 lakhs from Rs 610.41 lakhs, while total expenses rose to Rs 736.87 lakhs. Loss per share was Rs 2.12 versus earnings of Rs 0.65. Auditor flagged two emphasis matters: a Rs 36.77 lakh broker dispute pending in High Court, and SAT dismissal of the appeal against BSE rejection of listing for shares from the 2025 preferential issue. Board also approved reappointment of statutory auditor PYS and Co LLP for a second five-year term, proposal to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore, revision of UAE subsidiary investment limit due to forex moves, and a Company Secretary change.
Quarterly swing to loss and falling revenue are negatives. SAT ruling on unlisted preferential shares and broker dispute remain overhangs. Singapore expansion continues.
