Jhaveri Credits and Capital posted Q1 FY27 results. Revenue from operations rose 45.5% YoY to Rs 1,706.28 lakhs from Rs 1,172.53 lakh (restated). However, the company swung to a loss of Rs 147.91 lakhs versus a profit of Rs 686.63 lakh in Q1 FY26. EPS turned negative at minus Rs 1.33. Total expenses surged to Rs 2,027.10 lakhs from Rs 600.33 lakh restated. Comparative figures were restated due to the NCLT-sanctioned amalgamation with UR Energy India Pvt Ltd. The 32nd AGM is scheduled for September 25, 2026.
Revenue growth is strong but a sharp swing to loss is concerning. Watch expense control and post-amalgamation performance in coming quarters.
