For Q3 FY26, standalone revenue rose to Rs 2,370 lakh from Rs 2,034 lakh. Nine-month revenue reached Rs 7,506 lakh vs Rs 6,821 lakh last year. The company swung to a profit of Rs 198 lakh in 9M FY26, compared to a loss of Rs 1,279 lakh in the same period last year. Auditor gave a clean review with no emphasis of matter. Subsidiary JHS Svendgaard Mechanical and Warehouse is now 100 percent owned. Board approved conversion of 18 lakh warrants into equity shares.
Turnaround from losses to profits may lift sentiment; clean audit and warrant conversion strengthen capital base.
