Jindal Capital Board approved raising up to Rs 20 crore through a Rights Issue of equity shares with face value of Rs 10 each, to be offered to eligible existing shareholders on a rights basis. Issue price, entitlement ratio, record date and other terms are yet to be decided and will be communicated later.
Existing shareholders will get rights to subscribe to new shares. Non-participation may lead to dilution of their holdings.
