On the reaction day the stock moved 1.2 pts less than its Hotels & Resorts peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 FY27 operating revenue was Rs 1073.23 lakh, up 12.3 percent year on year. PAT was Rs 38.99 lakh versus a Rs 6.40 lakh loss, with EPS of Rs 0.56. Half-year PAT was Rs 97.30 lakh versus a Rs 35.62 lakh loss, and operating cash flow was Rs 294.39 lakh. The review found no material misstatement. A Rs 79.11 lakh exceptional item appears only in the audited March 2026 full-year column; cash flow shows repayment of unsecured director loans.
Positive: profit and cash flow improved, with a wider EBITDA margin. Borrowings exceed equity, so loan repayment and interest costs need watching.
